The Oceanfront Integrated Kitchen Facility was a custom-designed and built commercial-grade private kitchen. The 80 square meter facility houses a dedicated Liquefied Gas Wok Burner Stove, A 4-burner HOB stove, 5 Fridge/freezers coupled with an industrial high-powered exhaust system. The facility was custom-designed to meet the client's requirements as well as to ensure materials used were sustainable and suitable for the harsh weather conditions, due to the close proximity of the ocean.
