Hall Of Great Compassion, Kong Meng San Phor Kark See

Fronting the largest Buddhist temple in Singapore, the Pavilion welcomes visitors through a series of ascending timber roof structures and a refurbished Hall of Great Compassion. The project is carefully crafted with respect to the cultural heritage of the temple with a touch of modernity. It consists of 3 simply supported canopies, spanning over 40 meters and covers an area over 1500sqm. Made out of sustainable Glulam timber, light weight ETFE roof covering and concrete columns.
